Las Vegas Convention Center Renovation Project

The Las Vegas Convention Center-one of the largest convention facilities in the world-was preparing for a $890 million renovation. ARC was engaged to lead a multi-disciplinary documentation effort to deliver accurate 2D floor plans, a unified structural grid, and 3D above-ceiling plenum models-under a compressed three-month timeline and while the facility remained fully operational. The result was a verified, coordinated existing-conditions base model that restored design confidence, protected the project schedule, and positioned the client to save millions of dollars in avoided change orders during construction.
