West Los Angeles VA Campus Renovation

The West Los Angeles Veteran Affairs campus-spanning approximately 400 acres-was selected for a major redevelopment initiative intended to deliver at least 900 units of supportive housing. To support planning, design, and renovation activities, the project required accurate documentation of existing building conditions. Architectural Resource Consultants (ARC) was engaged to document four campus buildings using 3D laser scanning and high-definition imagery, producing a coordinated Existing Conditions BIM suitable for downstream planning, design coordination, and renovation execution.
