Borders Architects engaged ARC to support a rapid rebrand rollout across 51 grocery stores throughout Southern California. The schedule was aggressive and required a scalable, repeatable approach to capture accurate existing conditions across the portfolio. To meet the demanding timeline, ARC implemented a mobile scanning solution that enabled fast measurement capture while producing a colorized virtual tour of each store, effectively bringing every site to the design team. To reduce risk and ensure consistency at scale, ARC recommended initiating a pilot project to refine workflows, validate deliverable standards, and streamline coordination.
