Stater Bros. Multi-Store Documentation Program

Borders Architects engaged ARC to support a rapid rebrand rollout across 51 grocery stores throughout Southern California. The schedule was aggressive and required a scalable, repeatable approach to capture accurate existing conditions across the portfolio. To meet the demanding timeline, ARC implemented a mobile scanning solution that enabled fast measurement capture while producing a colorized virtual tour of each store, effectively bringing every site to the design team. To reduce risk and ensure consistency at scale, ARC recommended initiating a pilot project to refine workflows, validate deliverable standards, and streamline coordination. Following the pilot’s success, ARC mobilized quickly across the region, delivering standardized documentation and hosted imagery that empowered the design team to execute the rebrand on schedule
