Traditional FM Models
A Facility Management (FM) Model, often called a “Digital Twin,” serves as a dynamic digital representation of your facility, bridging the real and digital worlds to provide a clear view of your facility’s current state and support future planning. Creating a Digital Twin involves capturing precise spatial and asset data, utilizing advanced technology, and applying industry best practices to develop a comprehensive overview of your facility. Unlike the Traditional FM model process, our BAM™ and SAM™ processes take facility management further, with focused solutions for both operational and system needs. The BAM™ (Base Asset Model) process streamlines essential facility data for planning and daily operations, with non-critical details archived. The SAM™ (Systems Asset Model) process captures detailed information on key systems like structural, mechanical, electrical, etc. Together, the BAM™ and SAM™ processes offer clarity and control for efficient facility planning & operations.
